For coaches
The coaches who take safeguarding seriously are currently indistinguishable from the coaches who don’t. Axio ends that.
Why it renews
There are certificates in Indian sport that mean a coach sat in a hall for a weekend some years ago, against guidance that has since moved on. Parents know this. It is why they ask around instead of asking to see paperwork.
Axio renews every six months, against the standard as it stands then. It asks you to talk your way through situations that are genuinely difficult, and it will tell you when your instinct is warm but wrong.
That is the entire point. A credential that never moves says nothing about how you coach today.
What you get
Confirmed once against government ID, so nobody has to take your word for who you are, or use your name.
One URL and a QR code. Send it to a parent, an academy, a school or a federation. It stays current on its own.
Not a score. An explanation of what your response missed, and the module that closes the gap.
Answer out loud in the language you coach in. English, Kannada and Hindi at launch, more to follow.
Every cycle you complete stays on the profile. Consistency over years becomes its own signal.
First aid, CPR, background verification and continuing development attach to the same profile as they are added.
Portable proof
Change academy, change city, change sport, and most coaches start again from nothing. Years of careful work stay locked in the memories of parents who have already moved on.
Your Axio profile belongs to you, not to the centre that happened to employ you when you earned it. Every certification, every renewal and every signal you add stays attached to your name.
Reputation that resets every few years is not reputation. It is word of mouth, starting over.
The commitment
Mobile first, low bandwidth, resumable. Stop after any scenario and pick it up later.
You talk. No typing, no forms, no multiple choice, no exam hall.
A deferred competency is not a failure. It is a module and another scenario.
At sixty, thirty and seven days. Your profile never quietly goes stale.

Illustrative sample profile. This is what you'd be able to send.
Fairness
There is no leaderboard and no trust score. Coaches are not sorted against each other.
Your transcripts, attempts and feedback are yours. The public page shows status and dates, nothing else.
Certification records that competencies were demonstrated, not how many attempts it took.
Assessment reads professional judgement. Not your accent, your English, your equipment or where you trained.
Every child deserves a coach worthy of the responsibility.
